We’re centrally located just West of Chicago, in Elmhurst, IL, near the I-290 & I-294 merge. Our 5,000 square foot facility has been carefully planned to make sure that you have access to the tools and equipment you need to get stronger, faster and more mobile. We’re outfitted with the best equipment on the market, from our 30 foot rig to our perfectly-knurled needlebearing bars. Our main training space features our indestructible steel rig for all your basic strength, gymnastic and bodyweight work, including lifting stations, 12′ ropes, pull-up bars and rings. Our competitive weightlifting space is stocked with needle-bearing bars, elite kilogram weight sets, jerk boxes, pulling blocks, and heavy duty squat stands. We also have rowers and AirDynes for conditioning work, as well as foam rollers and a suite of mobility tools from Roller-Tek. We’re constantly on the lookout for the best equipment for our athletes, but we believe that sometimes, the most effective thing is a barbell and a good attitude.
